To use atWork, you must:

• Be an employee or authorized user of a participating company

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Informing us immediately of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

Meal credits may be funded by your employer or paid personally.

Pricing and availability may vary by kitchen, partner, and location.

Refunds are processed according to partner restaurant policies, company rules, and local laws.

We strive to provide accurate ingredient and allergen information. However:

• atWork does not prepare the meals.

• Partner kitchens are responsible for final quality and allergen accuracy.

Users with severe allergies should verify ingredients directly with the provider before placing an order.

Corporate clients (“Employers”) agree to:

• Use the platform according to local employment and tax laws.

• Manage employee credits, budgets, and access rights.

• Ensure lawful handling of employee data under GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer services

• Provide false information

• Abuse credit systems or promotions

All software, algorithms, design, and branding remain the exclusive property of atWork or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform in line with these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by EU law:

• atWork is not liable for delivery delays, restaurant errors, or food-related issues caused by third-party providers.

• atWork is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy.

Where relevant, company-specific data handling may also be governed by agreements between atWork and your employer.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if misuse is detected, or if required by law.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or product changes.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated effective date.
